  1. Yep that actually weakens her case not strenghten it.

It shows she has no ties in Philip - you are paying for all the expense for the trip from US shows her fianacial condition is not that great.

Which means if CO grants her B2 what are gurantees that she would return back to Philip.

She has 4 kids and has about 200k peso bank account. I hope she doesnt have any trouble.

  2. I just applied online for a B-2 visa also for my fincee who lives in the Philippines. I wonder how long it takes to hear anything back from them? I hope she has no trouble being approved. I filled out the app and told them I was paying for trip and everything. I am hoping that speeds it up. My plan is she will come here for 6-8 weeks then we are both going back to pi and I am going to live there.

  3. I have been a member here for about 2 years and 2 years ago I tried to get a fiancée visa for my girl but she was denied. I have since broke up with her and met another girl in March 2008 and we are now engaged. The only difference is I am planning to move to Pi and be with her instead of her coming to the US. I was wondering how many guys here have moved there instead of the girl coming to the US. Thanks

  4. I guess the best thing for me to do is move to Pi to be with me girl. I would like all the info from any guys that have done this. What is involved with being able to live there. I have enough money for a few years and have already been offered a job. So any advise would be helpfull. Thanks

  5. Im sure you all read me message back in September about my finacee being denied her visa because she admitted using drugs 2 times in that past 7 years. She passed her drug test but admitted useing 2 times. I am at my wits end and mind is all mush, I truely love her and want to marry her. I was wondering what the time frame is on retrying and if I have to start from scratch or just have her go thu medical and interview again. Thanks for any responces.

  6. Ok, I had a long talk with jennifer and got the whole truth out of her on what St. lukes asked and what she said. When asking all the questions they asked if she had ever done any drugs and she said yes. They asked her when she did them and how many times. She told them that she had done shabu sometime in 2001 and only 1 time in 2001. She then told them she did it also 1 time in the spring of 2006 when she was going thu a rough time and a friend said try this it will help you. She then I guess had at sometime during medical had to talk to a shrink and he asked agout the drugs and she told him the same thing. Then at embassy teh examiner ask and she told her the same story. So where we stand here looks like we are screwed. I cant beleive because she used a drug 2 times in her life she was denied. All her bloodwork passed. I have spoke to a immagration lawyer and he said there isnt much he can do but will loook into it, of course that cost me 250 bucks. So eiher way I am going to wait and reapply and have some questions about that, I cant for 2 years and she cant have done any drugs in 3 years correct? Do we start all over fresh or is the visa pending? Thanks

  7. I think we are getting off the subject. I have been in contact with my local congressman and he said he will look into it. I dot think there i much he can do but thought it was worth a try. My advice to to LIE if need be. If jennifer would of lied she would have been approved.

  8. I did not know about this until last night when she called me upset about being denied. She said its called "shabu". She did it 4 times 4 years ago I guess and that what she told the interviewer. She has no crimmanal record, has never been arrested. She just told the truth and now will pay for it the rest of her life as well as her sons and mine. I am going to try and get her approved but dont know if there is a chance. I feel like my life has been taken way from me. Jennifer was and is my soul mate. I will fight for her.

  9. At the end of her interview she was told that she was denied. Jennifer asked if theres any thing she can do to fix it and they said no. They gave her back everything, all the papers I submitted. Why she told is because she said she wanted to be honest. All her test's passed.
