    K-1 Ghana Approved!

  6. I had to call NVC. Before I even asked she gave me the case number and invoice ID.
  7. I agree. Let them know that you have the Visa interview in two weeks. Sorry the company told you so late. I wouldn't think they'd have a problem
  8. I did but I called them. Before I could even ask they gave it to me, along with the invoice ID.
  9. Okay. Should I send him my court records and the Court's decision once they make one? And should I send a signed statement?
  10. Hey, I'm the petitioner. When I filed the I-129f, I had no record. Just this week, my sister and I had an altercation and I was arrested but out on bond. The courts say it will be a misdemeanor for my first offense. Am I supposed to contact NVC or amend the application? Right now, I think it is too far along and I need to cancel all together. What do I do? It seems like the lawyers may misadvise. I just saw someone say that It wouldn't need to be adjusted but I want to confirm.
  11. Definitely! At this point my main concern is that my fiance gets here and we can marry. I will definitely let my vendors know what's going on and see what options we have. Thank you!
  12. We're you notified that the NVC received your case by paper mail or email?
