I have Married to American citizen since 2015 and I joined her in America 2018, in a couple months she started abusing me and later I found out she is cheating on me I have evidence, after I found out. she told me to leave her house. And i asked her whether she will signed a divorce paper and She said no. she not ready.and she will not do that. but I should leave her house to find a place to stay. for now I have 10years greencard, it left with 1 year 6month to file for my citizenship So when I leave her house will it affect me from obtaining my citizenship?

Thank you all for your response. I found the solution.
If you have already successfully applied for permanent residence (a green card), USCIS has no reason to take a second look at your application just now, so you need not worry.
But we’re talking only about permanent residence here, not conditional residence, as described next. The only people who become permanent residents immediately after applying for their green card are those whose marriages were already two years old or older at the time they were approved for the green card.
However, if you later apply for U.S. citizenship, you’re giving USCIS a reason to take another look at your file. Read the entry below concerning this issue.

If she does have proofs of green card scam she can report you to USCIS. If she doesn't, then nothing will happen.
If you already have a green card then there is nothing to worry about it.
She have no proof, she said all I do is work and when I got paid too he dont see my money, she now I pay my bills phone, car payment, food and I and her have mango farm in Africa, I used the same money to maintain the farm. Is all because she asked of $300 for her son I didn't gave it to her.

Hello vj Members
Still my wife is treating me, he will send me back to Africa, because I said he don't care about my children and only think about her children. So she going to file for divorce and she will said I marry her because of green card. What should I do.

Wait. You have been married to her for 3 years, yet you have a 4 month old daughter in Africa? How does that work?

She spend all his money with her children and grandchildren, I have kids in Africa she knows , is almost 4months, I haven't send money to them for their living and school fees and she dont care but she want me to spend money with her grown up children. She have two cars , she gave one to me , she later give it to her daughter and I bought my own car, her daughter came and take her other car and now she is using my car to work she dont buy gas too.

It sounds like this is a marriage of convenience or for an immigration benefit rather than a true marriage if you are complaining about paying for cable TV and other expenses that would normally be considered part of a family's obligations.
Not for our cable tv for her children cable tv living in different town with his boyfriend

Sorry to hear about your issues. If you have a bona fide marriage then there was no fraud on your part. She can't have you deported but I believe she can withdraw the I-864 affidavit of support - but i doubt she was able to file it alone. Do you know if there is a co sponsor?
Ultimately you need to decide to stay with this woman and her kids. You can return to Ghana or move out and support yourself.
If you don;t feel safe there are options for help. Don't stay in an unsafe situation.
No co sponsor, she did everything by herself

I understand you are upset. Rest assured that she cannot deport you. This threat is often made by bitter USC spouses when the marriage does not turn out to be the fairytale they dreamed of and they feel they “haven’t got their momey’s worth” for the filing fees, etc. I’m a little confused about the money. How are they getting it? Are you giving it them cash or do they have access to your bank account? Is it a joint bank account with your wife? If they are taking the money for household expenses then that’s very normal here in the USA. Married couples often have joint accounts and each will spend money on whatever things they need for the household such as rent, groceries, utility bills, things for the children such as clothing and music lessons. Isn’t that why you go to work, to support your family? Is money all kept separately in Ghana? You say they are borrowing the money but not paying it back, but what are they using it for? My husband doesn’t need to “borrow” from me, what’s mine is his. I’m struggling with the concept of your wife “borrowing” money from you. Depending on your state, you may find that under community property laws your wages are her money as much as they are yours.
Is my personal account, I gave them cash atimes pay for over speed tickets and cable tv, and even their car payments for the children. They are grown up enough 22years and 25years,
