Thank you . Yes but this chats were on Facebook and I was using only phone. So there's no way to get them back.i feel I need hire lawyer because we are stuck in this process for years 

Well I lost my old Facebook and my husband  deleted them we never thought we will need them we were just friends and we barely talk.

I made 8 trips. And we show them that screen shot which shows that we meet on 2011.but right now they only want chats of 2011

I applied for my husband cr1 and got refused we got reaffirmed and now our case stuck at embassy for chats logs they asking to provide them with 2011 chats logs but we didn't know we will need them .all those chats were deleted  from Facebook. 

Please help us we are married 7years now and been through alot.

We emailed embassy telling them that we don't have them but they keeping us apart

We need help with our immigration case we been married 6 years and now my husband passed interview and they requested him for chats of 2012.

We don't have them we tried every single thing but we couldn't get them.

Please I'm writing this to see if there's people who are in same boat .my husband passed his interview and they requested from him chats back to 2012 and we sent all we could find . But they insisting about 2012 chats.  But we lost them . It is impossible to give them something we don't have

Thank you . We meet through Facebook and we lost those chats we didn't think we will need them. I tried mlion times all we could find is 2015 conversations.  But as i said we cannot give them something that we lost long time ago . I'm willing to send letter to embassy and explain that in details. My husband already stated during interview that we don't have those anymore.  

But if they going to deny us again for this i don't know what to say

I would like to know if anyone in same boat as we are. My husband had his second interview on July after our case was reaffirmed then they asked him for our chats back in 2013. But we didn't  find them we didn't save those. We sent the embassy what we have and they still requesting those chats in order to finish our visa application .but we cant give them something we don't have. 

Please if anyone went through same thing any advice will be appreciated.

They asked for his passport and evidence only. We submitted them.

My husband's second interview was july 29th, 2019. The Co asked him for additionale evidence . I don't know why this is taking so long. We have submitted every document required and have not heard anything about the visa. Please can anyone tell me how much longer this is going to take? We started this August 2016. I'm ready to be reunited with my husband.

Our case was place under administration processing. 

Is he approved: 

They didnt said he was approved.  They said he needs to provide chats of 2013 but we dont have them anymore. Im here in Morocco with him  . Plus they didnt give him any paper

But i heard that reaffirmed cases always need new medical exam.

My husband  and I been in this process for 4 years we applied for cr1 and got sent back to  uscis and  after months we sent evidence and got reaffirmed so now ...we got our second interview after this long years of waiting.  We are not sure what we will expect?

Anyone walking in this boat  I would like advice or anything can help

My husband's case was  returned to uscis for review and it got reaffirmed and I recived  letter from nvc thst they completed the case and sending it to US embassy.  I called  nvc yesterday  but no one picked up the phone .so shall I write email to embassy or NVC wich  ons will set date of second interview?

I check online and it says adminstrative processing it was like that since our case sent back to uscis in 2017.

What I need to do .should I call nvc or just wait until they send it to embassy?

HIs medical exam is out of date and he has to take a new one

Travel has to be done within 6 months of an interview and you have been in AP over 8 months

and from the members i have talked to ,  there is a new interview

My husband's case was reaffirmed in March 20th . And forwarded back to NVC  fir visa processing.  Please  I need to know how long it takes for second interview? I heard from some members that my husband might not even have to go through interview and he will  give  his passport and that's it. Anyone been in this situation I need help
