Hi,
We received document approval to move on to an interview. The emails said:
"NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in PORT AU PRINCE, HAT to schedule an interview appointment for you."
But I see folks scheduling things through USTravelDocs. Is that what I should be doing or is it waiting for them to contact me?
Thanks!

Did your wife send in the petition before the ban was completed?

The service center that is at the bottom of your NOA1 receipt notice
Got it, thanks so much for clarifying.

As far as general processing times, there is no distinction between paper vs online applications, so generally you look for the service center that receiced your application. Of course it might be transferred from there to other location...
Current processing times for ir1/cr2 are way faster than general info suggests
So the service center that would have recieved my paper application is what I should be looking at to start, until I get notice of a transfer (if a transfer happens)? I find this in particular super confusing.
I have been seeing that processing times have been faster. Fingers crossed!

So...if we've submitted online and want to check general wait times, are we looking at the times for the service center that would have processed a paper application? I can't seem to find that info anywhere...

Thank you, that makes sense! Is there a sense of what the timeframe is for receiving an appointment slot, in terms of wait? The internet has not been super helpful.
