Hey guys, my fiancé will be moving from his home country Greece to Germany. He will stay there for 10 days and then fly out to meet me in the US. He’ll stay with me close to 3 months but not exceeding the 90 day tourist visa. Before he comes to visit me I will mail the I-129f application. After his stay with me he will go back to Germany. Here’s the question: which embassy should I choose for the consular processing ? In Greece or Germany. Keep in mind my fiancé’s German is very basic. He is a Greek citizen by birth. Would it cause confusion or distrust or denial if I choose Germany? Would it be better to have his German address as his mailing address and keep his Greek address as his physical address and chose the embassy in greece so as to not raise red flags?
