Hi I’m new to the forum but just hoping for some advice. I applied for an IR1 spouse visa a year ago and it is now with the NVC

 My company has just transferred me to the USA on a L1 working visa within a week of being notified by the NVC that they had opened my case I’m not sure how to complete the paperwork because I am now living in the US but the application showed me living in the U.K. originally.

Wont it look wrong to the NVC that my residential address is in the US

Sorry if this seems a bit muddled but the form doesn’t seem to allow for this situation

Received the  I -130 approval last weekend so I checked on the IR1/CR1 visa historical processing times. Either I,m reading the graphs wrong or it's telling me i have another 168 days to wait!!!

Can anyone else confirm this as another 6 months has surely got to be an overestimate.

No offense to anybody...but It really gets me when others who had PD later then others get approved first and then USCIS says they process in order it was received...

4/ 23 for me so I guess ours are in the same pile !

I called them and when I finally got through to a human, they said they couldn't speak to me, as I was the beneficiary not the petitioner!

just found this site and it’s given me a little comfort that I’m not the only one that has had to wait without any real information from the USCIS 

Application was received 23rd April 18

Ive had a few alerts on the USCIS mobile app recently but they give no info.

Missing my wife badly , just hope the alerts mean that somebody is actually now looking at our paperwork
