My name change occurred after we submitted the i130 petition. What would you recommend we do now -
Hello all I’m freaking out a bit we filed for my parents to move here permanently after I became a US citizen. I had my last name changed legally after becoming a US citizen because I thought it would be easier. The legal name change happened a few months ago (around 3-5 months). Today the i130 petitions were approved for both parents and when we logged in we realized we did not update the last name we completely forgot and it is totally my fault. Any ideas on what I should do now ? I feel like a total idiot.
