  1. You don't need the originals for proof of US Citizenship. So no need to send your US Passport or Naturalization Certificate. Also, you don't need originals for the AoS. You'll need a copy of the form, W2, and Tax Transcript (or Tax Return). The only originals that are required are Birth Certificates for the petitioner and Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate for beneficiary. Each embassy/consulate has a checklist of documents to bring to the interview, double check everything on their website. You can also check the embassy/consulate page here at VJ., there's usually helpful information there. However, take it with a grain of salt as it might be outdated.
  2. I'm also waiting. I saw some people getting DQed in 5 calendar days. You can also check the NVC timeframes. It gives you an idea. By these dates are a reference only, there's a good change that it will be sooner: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html
  3. Depends on the consulate, for ours I'm expecting to wait around 2 months.
  4. For those with other I-130 petitions pending, here's a funny story... In July, a few months after petitioning for my dad (February), I petitioned for my siblings. Their case went to CSC. Same day my dad got approved they also approved by siblings'. Also, each petition came from a different service center. One from California, another from Vermont and another from Texas. 🤷‍♂️
  5. Actively being reviewed since Sep 5th. So essentially it changed to the same status just with a new date.
  6. Approved as well!! PD Feb 21st. Approved Jan 23rd. The status changed to actively reviewing yesterday and when I check the documents tab today the approval was there.
  7. I believe it updates automatically based on their ETA. I wouldn't be surprised if it reaches the end of the 3 weeks and then says "it's taking long than we expected".
  8. Applied a few days before you, Feb 21st. Says 5 weeks and status also changed to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed..." also on Sep 5th.
  9. My N400 interview was scheduled for Mid January. No updates on i751.
