Hello ,

We recieved our daughter's CRBA Certificate but found out that the Mother's name is Misspelled on the certificate .

Name is correctly spelled on DS 2029 and all other documents which we submited but they printed it wrong on the certificate . 

 ( Instead of  " N " they printed " M " on the certificate )

If any one has had similar problem can u guide me what to do .

I am a Green card holder from last 5 years and now m eligible to apply for U.S citizenship . My spouse and baby live in a different country whom I-130 is pending with USCIS . Will the marriage certificate b enough to submit with N400 or do i need any letter for the guardian ( my father in law ) with whom my spouse and baby live and the Money Reciepts which i send to my wife.

Hello EveryOne , This  Question is about Address history in the N-400 FORM . Do i need to put addresses out of United states where i lived only for 2 months ?

I'd not be too confident with just that amount of evidence of a bona fide (not just legal) marriage. They typically want more time in person, evidence of regular communication (call records, chats, etc.), any form of financial commingling you can do (even if it''s just listing each other on life insurance or retirement policies, healthcare directives, etc.).

Thank You Geowrian , v have photos together ,one domestic air ticket and my wife is pregnant too so by the time of her interview v will have a baby too .  do u think those r enough proofs that the marriage is legal .

I am an US green card holder going to apply for my wife under F2A category , the confusion is that my Nikkah ( Wedlock) was done over the phone in july 2017 (i did not go to pakistan because of my  classes )but i went to Pakistan for 3 months in August  2018 and did the rukhsati and we spend 2 and half months together ,  i've not filled visa petition for her till now , so based on my situation can i file a petition worry free or is there any thing to worry about .
