I have a couple of potentially very stupid questions. In between interview and oath, it's ok to use your green card, right? To board a plane for instance?
Also, I don't need to tell the officer at the ceremony about domestic travel? only international?

In my case, about 3-5 days. I think some people here have seen their appointments scheduled the next day after the interview. So conservatively, you should see a typical round trip of a week or less for SF filers I think.

How long did it take you guys to have the oath scheduled? My interview was yesterday, website says application approved, but estimated completion time jumped to 4 months....

Has anyone's wait time/completion time jump back recently? My wait time got extended by a couple months a while ago, but today it jumped back and is now 22 days - earlier than original wait time even. Filed end of August

Same, but I'm in CA and it only got extended by a month... I filed in August as well, and my completion is also now october

Has anyone's wait time increased? I logged in today, and it's a month longer than before, 4 instead of 3 months. I filed in August, and completion time is estimated to be october

Hi!
i applied for citizenship a few months ago, did my biometrics, and then moved, so filed a change of address form. I got a notice saying your case has been transferred to another field office, so everything is good there. However i just now noticed that my old case (from when i got my green card), which is closed, says ‘in process ‘.
has anyone seen this before? I wonder if it’s somehow connected to changing address?

Hi guys, when did you fill out the N-445 form? At the ceremony in front of the officer? Also, can you update Social Security at the ceremony? Register to vote? (I'm planning to apply for a passport later at the post office). Thank you!
