I was told that if you have a 10 year GC you won’t lose your status if your card expires . The only thing that will expire is your green card itself not your status.

I believe this time frame  is correct. I submitted my  N-400 application March 2018 and had biometrics done April 2018. I was under your case is actively being reviewed since April,and yesterday 2/14/19 I finally received an update “interview has been scheduled” 🙏🏼. 

Just wanted to give my timeline for anyone in Houston waiting on the N-400 process. I submitted my N-400 in March of 2018 , biometrics done April 2018, I finally revievied and update today 2/14/19 that I have been scheduled for my interview 🙏🏼🤞🏻. I know it seemed such a long wait for me but wanted to update any of you guys that have filed in Houston.

Im also a Mach 2018 filer 😔 and I agree it’s so frustrating. What state did you file in? I’m in Houston, one of the slowest offices 😔 so let’s hope 🤞🏻 We get our interview letter soon. I saw a post this morning of a Houston March 1st filer who’s status changed to interview scheduled this morning.

Hi, I submitted my N-400 application  March 2018 in Houston,Tx (used a lawyer) PD: March 29th 2018 had my Finger prints done April 23rd 2018 and haven’t had an update since. Status still showing case is actively being reviewed by USCIS. 😔☹️
