I’d like to ask if I need to submit an original copy also of the

Form I-134 for k2 applicant or just a photo copy of it? Though I have already, I just don’t know if I needed to have another similar original copy of the said form for my son.

I have all the requirements in, I was just a little  confused on how can I include my son to my application for the schedule of interview. I I didn’t know that I need to fill out another DS-160 form for him. I also have the NOA1 and NOA2. My son and I are living in Italy together, and the letter that the NVC has sent me states that my interview will be at Naples, Italy. What else do I need to know for filling of our schedule for the interview? Thank you everyone for taking time to check on my concern..
