You mean they received the evidence on Oct 24 according to USPS tracking? I would call them before sending again.

The photos weren’t in the envelope. They just updated today to show as response for RFE received.

I received the "request for initial evidence". I put the document they wanted in a envelope and sent it to the Potomac Service Center as the letter states.  I put the exact address as shown on the letter, 2200 Potomac Center Drive, Stop 2425. Arlington, VA 20598-2425. I went to the post office to ship it off and I made sure i got a tracking number so that i can monitor it once it is received.  I went to the USPS website to check the status and it says "Delivered". Which means the delivery has reached the final destination.. But it also says: "Delivered to Agent, Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery DHS VA 20598."

 

I am a bit confused. Why does it say  DHS VA 20598? I thought it is suppose to go to the USCIS Potamac Service Center as i have written on the envelope. I am going to call uscis to ask if they received it, but i am just curious about why the USPS tracking website says  "Delivered to Agent, Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery DHS VA 20598."

 

PS: My status on my receipt # on uscis still says "request for initial evidence mailed". So uscis did not yet update anything on their end because i sent just them the letter back and it was delivered to them today. 

 

Hi, did your status change to show as received by them? 

I sent the response to an RFE on Nov 01, delivered on the next day and got the same message as you. USCIS didn’t update my status as of today.
