New to this group but reading your comment. What "new System" are you referring to. I am currently working on my husband DS260. hope to have it all ready to send in by the end of the month. Just thought  I would ask what your are referring too.

USCIS last update was Feb 5,2019

Took Nebraska center 9 months

 Also USCIS website or app have not been updated. Still show fingerprint fee was received.

I checked my husband account this morning and I seen that it was update yesterday as well . Hopefully it is the  approval letter we all wait to receive.

Received Receipt July 18 

BIO appt Notice August 8

biometric done on august 24

Nebraska center

New to this. Sent my husband Wavier out in June. Received July 9th , Bio notice received on July 18th, Bio  appt in August 24.  His case is in Nebraska.

Hoping that Nebraska starts to move as fast as Potomac. Congratulations an your approval.
