Uscis received my ROC package on 5/6 and today 5/20 they cashed the check. Good luck everyone!

That was really fast, our fiancé visa took 10 months from filing to visa in hand, also from Spain. From NOA2 it took around 2 and a half months to have it in hand.

I was there 2 months ago, you can have your phone with you, but after you submit your documents you will not be able to use your phone as it is not allowed while you wait for your fingerprints to been taken. No one checked on us if we had our phones with us back then. Even though we had an appointment for 10 30 the whole thing took around 1 and a half hours due to long lines.

The problem I have with the Visa Journey checklist  (https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos) is that it looks like one big application.  There are three separate applications to file that get mailed off in the same envelope. The second two are optional, but free when filed with the AOS, and useful.

Yeah, I made that mistake because I followed VJ AOS checklist 2 months ago, so I will probably get an RFE for the combo card documents that were missing...

I update the info regarding K1 drivers license in NJ. Today I went to Freehold DMV and Eatontown DMV and in both cases they said that they cannot issue a permit because I only have 61 days left in my I-94. I just received my SSN last week.

Also they said that I have to wait until “I get more time in my I-94”, I guess that they mean when I receive the EAD... And that I can drive up to a year with my foreign license.

It worked for me. I was getting nothing until I realized that the dates have to be changed, it is set up to show only today.
