    Hi guys, I need some advice on I 864.

    Should I include my son who is an american citizen on my affidavit of support or just list my fiance on it?

    My understanding is that the I 864 is part of I 485 which pertains only to my fiancé's  legal status

    In addition,  our son traveled with his mom ( fiance, now wife) at the same time /
