I think @igoyougoduke is correct, they have the first 18 characters of my first name. When I tried filling out the I90 form, they limited my input to the first 18 characters.

I've just received my green card and there's a letter missing in my name.

I've seen a thread on this website explaining that I should use the e-request system. But I've seen another thread saying that I'd need to send the I-90 form along with my green card to have it corrected. I'm not sure if I need to send my green card or not. Can someone please clarify?

Should she be adjusting through I-485? Is my mom eligible to apply for adjustment even though she is an LPR and not a citizen?

My mom (PR holder) filed I-130 for my sister (14 years old then) in December of 2018, with priority date 11/05/2018. Both of them are residing in the US.

She is applying through consular processing, she was Documentarily Qualified  (DQ) on 02/02/2021. But she hasn't received an interview date yet.

My sister will be 18 in March 2022. I am not sure if CSPA protects her from accumulating unlawful presence or not?

Will she need to travel to Egypt and stay there before her birthday so she wouldn't accumulate unlawful presence?

If CSPA would not help in our case, are there other options? Links to resources for expediting the case would be helpful as well. Thanks!

all his stamped entry says is "ADMITTED SFR <date> IR5" is that sufficient?

My dad's visa got approved through consular processing, he arrived in the US 60 days ago but he didn't get approved yet. Can he start working before he gets his green card?
