The customer rep was nice enough to transfer me to Tier 2 officer without any issues...and then I was told I will get a call back from USCIS and which I got it with in 15 minuets...officer was nice and said to just wait for a little as it was at somebody’s desk to be processed...so just hoping soon would be the best answer I got...

Very easy, its just that they won't have much answer for you. They just ask you questions to make sure you are the petitioner.
