i submitted money order as a payment, till 12/31/2020 checking status was showing not cashed since 31st it says : "No information is found on the Money Order. Has anyone sent payment with money order?

i called USCIS second time today, they have no information about my package, gave me lockbox email but said they are too busy and mostly dont answer emails. have no idea what to do if i get no update till 02/07/2021 that's when GC expires.

if anyone has any info would appreciate.

I sent a WU money order, they cashed mine last Dec 31st. I got my case number today when I called. Status says my case was received Nov 13th but it was delivered Nov 14th at the AZ lockbox. Try to double check your money serial number. If it’s from Western Union, should be on the top right corner or the 11 digit number above the barcode.
