Hello! My mother just arrived few weeks ago and I am in the process of seeing whether she is eligible for healthcare? Last year she had heart attack and every day she is taking some medicine pills. So for 5 months we are good but after that I need to find another way for that prescription drugs. Anyone in Wisconsin got successful in getting healthcare coverage for immigrant parents over 65? Please let me know. Also, anyone can explain what it really means for a green card holder over 65 when expanding Medicaid to 100% of the Federal Poverty Level. I am in WI. Thank you!

I believe I can speak to this because the exact same thing happened to me. I filled out the I-846 EZ form and my income is way above what's needed to sponsor my mom. My spouse and I do file jointly every year. I got the exact same email stating I need to submit ALL W-2 forms for 2017 tax return, either to NVC or bring them to the interview. I just brought my wife's W2 to the interview and they did need it for the file. Don't ask me why, makes no sense since my W2 alone would have been enough, but whatever. That's all there is to it.
My mom since then got her visa, entered the US in November, received her GC and SSN, and is a happy camper spending all the times with the grandchildren.
Congrats to you and your mom!!! I hope it will happened with us very soon!!

Have you tried calling NVC? You shouldn't need to send your spouses' W2 and especially for the EZ version of the form.
On December 7th I finally received an email from NVC that all the required documents are approved. It’s documentarily qualified and they will schedule the interview. I sent all my W-2 forms and all W-2 forms of my spouse, which is so weird because I filled out I-846 EZ form!

Hi All,
I received an email from NVC that I am missing the following:
Please gather the below requested financial evidence:
[x] A copy of every W-2 form that relates to your _________2017__________________________ tax returns.
===
I checked the packets that I sent to NVC and I confirmed that my W-2s are there. Are they looking for my husband's W-2 as well since we filed jointly?
If so, is he also needing to sign I-864EZ? I don't need my husband to co-sponsor since my income is enough to bring my parents in the US.
I am just confused what they meant by the missing 2017 W-2s.
===
Also, how long does it normally take to schedule an interview by the time I got a noticed that they will forward my papers for interview anyway and my parents will bring the missing documents during the interview. The packets will be sent to Manila, Philippines.
===
I appreciate all the responses.
Thank you, All!
I am in the same situation. I sent all W-2 forms from the first submission along with AOS (I-864EZ) and my income is enough to bring my mother to the USA also. But after that they asked me several times to send ALL my W-2 forms and I've been sent again and again the same W-2 forms + transcript from IRS. I am still in a waiting mode....

That happened with me. Even if I have send all the transcript , they are asking for w 2 forms. and send the document to keep it vertical even if I put it vertical, they asking that do not put it horizontal.
its weird.
Ohhh...it's sooo frustrated!!! Are you still in a process? I'm just curious when this football game will be end...

Hello!
My case is currently at NVC. All my documents have been "Accepted" since October 20th but I have not yet to receive a Case Complete notice.
They keeping to send me the same RFE about all my W-2 forms which I did send several times and each time they have been accepted and after that they ask me the same RFE about my W-2 forms, I am not sure what is going on. I called several times to NCV and the representative told me that the W-2 definitely in my case. What is going on???

Anytime Tina! Any updates from NVC yet?
I've submitted all civil documents but 3 of them have been rejected because of the wrong scanned position. 10/09/2018 I have been resubmitted that documents. So...I am in a waiting mode. I hope it will not take a long time to accept them.
