I have an expired green card. I have my extension letter since I’ve applied for I751 removal of conditions, but I’m wondering if I should get info pass stamp if it’s gonna help. I’m planning to cancel cuz what if they don’t let me enter the US through Qatar airport 😕 Please help.
Extension letter with the expired card is essentially the same thing as the I-551 stamp, don't waste your time.
Nobody can guarantee your reentry because you aren't a US citizen, but as long as you have the proper documents you shouldn't have much to fear.

Yeah.
https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do shows "Fingerprint fee received," while https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ shows "Fingerprint review was completed." So the dhs website is more up to date.

Depends on others with WAC. I'm with EAC, but hopefully USCIS catches up on the paperwork/mailing soon enough for everybody.

You only have to complete Section 1, so just check box #3 with your A#, not your case number.
Your employer should know what to do, but if they don't, they would enter your current green card document number (your case number under which you got your CPR) and the expiration date as 18 months from the expiration date of your current gc.

It's for the petitioner. For example, I am the alien who needs conditions removed on my green card. So I am petitioning my case or sending in my application. I will be receiving the benefits of that petition if it is approved, so I am also the beneficiary. Makes sense?

If you already have a plane ticket, it might be helpful to bring with you. They may or may not talk to you, and they may or may not ask for proof from you. I was lucky that my explanation was enough for the supervisor and didn't need to show proof of my employment start date.

Got Biometric letter (10/20) 2 days before NOA1 (10/22, receipt date is 9/19). My actual Biometric date was 10/31, i did it early on 10/24.

Fingerprint review was marked complete by 10/25, a day after I did an early walk-in to an ASC.

Divorce proceedings have begun but I won't receive the final decree until late November/early December unfortunately, which is after my green card expires (November 15, 2018). Any one else out there doing the pending divorce waiver after they made the September 2018 rule change about denying petitions on the spot without RFEs? Should I wait until I have the final decree and submit after my green card expires?

I was in college out of state while dating and later married to my ex-spouse while going through AOS. The officer asked for any proof that I attended school out of state such as transcripts and housing agreement that I was bound to, etc. Your spouse should gather those at minimum.

Yes. I sent to Dallas 9/17, received 9/19, NOA date says 9/19 from VSC, NOA1 received 10/22, Biometric letter received 10/20, completed early walk in for Biometrics today 10/24.

Went to Massachusetts RMV to transfer my out of state Virginia DL. Took the required ID documents including the 18 mo. extension letter.
I asked the lady what my new expiration date would be and she said, "whenever your visa expires." I told her about the extension letter from USCIS giving me 18 months from the date of my current green card's expiration date (which would be June 12, 2020). She said, "where does it say that?" She started reading the letter and said, "well alright then," and continued processing my DL transfer. I asked her at the end what my expiration date ended up being, and she said, "5 years from now, 2023."
🤗 Works for me. In Virginia, DMV would only give me a license up to the expiration date of my green card.
Overall, easy experience. Just had to speak up for myself and ask about the expiration date nicely. If you're renewing your license with the extension letter, be sure to ask too!
Oh, and make a photocopy of your ols license. They took my VA DL and I'm glad I made a copy of front/back beforehand to show my previous address with my ex-spouse.

Yeah, and keep at it since sometimes they'll say that's not possible. If you need to, hang up and try to get another representative who will transfer you to a tier 2.
It doesn't look like anyone else in the Texas service center who filed in September chimed on getting their NOA1 or not, so it's possible yours is on the way and what the person saw as already sent was a glitch in the system. Vermont people are getting theirs right about now, so maybe Texas is slower.
