I know this post is old, but am hoping there’s still someone out there who could help/ give some advice, and/or has experience the same issue as lillapigany and knows how to resolve this with USCIS. I have the same problem, provided them with a personbevis (extract from population register) in both english and swedish and now they sent us a letter asking for marriage certificate! Any advice from someone who has been able to solve this in the past would be greatly appreciated! / Felix
