Still being reviewed since Dec 21. For Texas center it's processing to Jan 21 submission now. So gonna be a while still.

In our case, we got a 765/131 approval for my mom yesterday but no updates for my dad. 

Hope you got an update by now. It was pretty much the same time for both my parents.

My parents case were updated to Actively Review now.

I applied online a few weeks ago and from what I gather from many thread, the consensus seems to favor online application. And from what I read, the processing time is faster as they can review more efficiently.

Yep, just to confirm you're the right person I suppose.

Code 3 – fingerprints (10 prints) and biometrics (photo, signature and index finger).

Code 5 – one-hand fingerprints (4 prints on one hand), photo and signature.

Yep. Just done this morning Code 5 basically just picture and confirm positive match for my right hand four fingers. In and out about 30 mins, more because of the wait - the actual biometrics was like 3 minutes.

Just wanna chime in that I got my biometrics letter as well despite it was "waived". Oh well.

Check Informed Delivery and seems like my NOA1 is coming today! Yay some update after all.

- Received at CSC on 9/5

- Check cashed 9/27 at Chicago. 

 

The agent said NOA was already sent 9/25, but of course we never received it. And then he said "oh wait, there is an update... NOA was sent out 10/22"... So, hopefully something comes this week.. crossing fingers..

 

Does cashing the check in Chicago mean case transferred to Lincoln NE?  As I have not heard anyone with check cashed in Lincoln NE.
