I googled oath ceremony dates + the name of my city. Almost all of the ceremonies in my city are held at the court, but they don't actually post the dates online, but you can call the court to ask; they called me back right away and were very courteous (pun intended). Many other locations do post the dates online (URL ending in .uscourts.gov)
Good luck with your interview!
Thank you!! Fingers crossed.

Awesome!! What a great feeling to be almost done with this long, long journey! 😀
I lost my hopes of having my oath in February. I know this month ceremonies are held on the 20, 21, 27 & 28, twice a day. But since I haven't heard by now, I think I'll have to wait for the last two weeks of March, if lucky. The officer at my interview said to wait 90 days, anyway. I am just hoping it was one of those exaggerated estimates. 😬
My interview is next week, and I’m hoping to be approved/ have my oath ceremony scheduled in February as well. I’ll keep y’all posted.

How do you know that those are the dates scheduled for oath ceremonies? Is it for all USCIS locations? How can I check mine?

Thank you! Interview done and was approved! They are having some system issues so I need to come back in again tomorrow for another picture and finger prints. The status has been updated on the website and I am now scheduled for the oath ceremony. 🥳🥳🥳
Congrats!!! What kind of questions did they ask? What documents did you take with you?

I recently applied for N-400 (no pending I-751 application). However, I just realized that I had signed up for the selective services in 2015 when I was on a student visa. I believe that I had been registered when I applied for a drivers license. Will that be a problem? I contacted the selective services agency (not sure of the name) to see if I can make any corrections. I just don’t want this ‘early’ unintentional registration to be an issue. Any thoughts?

Congrats!! We got our approval yesterday too! Thank you all for everything. We submitted our response to RFE two weeks ago. We initially filed at CSC and got transferred to Nebraska. I am submitting my N400 in two days.
Good luck!

Question- how long after USCIS’s receipt of response do we typically get a decision? I originally sent my docs to California; transferred to Nebraska. Thank you.

I see, I have seen some RFE's om other forum and they usually state what are you missing and what you should add, the last one I read said that previous documents already sent should not be sent again. thats why i was wonder what you could have missed in the beginning, i believe sometimes they just want more up to date stuff
Hopefully that’s the case.

Originally we send our joint tax returns for 2 years, purchase for a new car we bought with a copy of the loan with both our names on it, about 20 pictures, joint health insurance and dental coverage, costco statements and bank statements.
After we received the RFE:
5 affidavits from neighbors and friends, joint bank statements for past 6 months
wills and power of attorney
utility bill
30 pictures of me and my wife and both of our families
My wives instagram pages going back to 2017
copies showing my wife as a benficiary on my retirement plan and other financial institutions
2018 dental and health insurance coverage
joint taxes for 2018
joint gym memberships and records for two years of us attending gym together
boarding passes from our Thailand trip
copies of my wives and my licenses showing same residence
and more.....
Make sure you organize everything. I wrote up a cover letter and separated everything in different folders, (Folder A, Folder B). I also included a full page of explanation of how we do our finances. Good luck !
Ok, thank you. I will be submitting most of those plus a house that we are closing on on Friday. Hopefully that’s enough evidence. We recently did our wills, power of attorney for finances and health and health care designate as well. Plus we started a non profit mentorship program together that we registered with the state (were both in education/ service). I really think they misplaced some of the documents that I initially sent so I’m re sending some as well. Honestly, the package wasn’t fully secured the last time. So, gonna make sure that I have everything organized.
Fingers crossed, and thanks!

Hello guys
I just want to thank everyone on this board for your contributions and your replies to our questions. Without this forum, and reading about your own experiences and hardships, it would make it much harder for us to get through the process from the first I-129 F to the approval of our I-751. Good luck to all!

Just spoke to the USCIS Customer service agent. The agent said you can send your application packet for RFE in a separate envelope if the one provided is not sufficient to hold your documents. Address it to the address mentioned in the provided envelope from USCIS.
@Jaks It would be best if you can call them as well and confirm
When you call them select the option to enter your case number and select talk to Agent
Phone options are: 1-1-2
Ok I will. Thank you!

Makes sense to not take any chances, not sure what they need as they don't specify clearly. Also, how are you planning to re-submit the documents? Send it in the tiny envelope they sent?
It can’t fit... so I was gonna send it in a big envelope. But, I’m interested in seeing what other people are doing/ have done.

Hi All,
I need help regarding the RFE I received recently for the application(I-751) I submitted in August 2018 to Remove conditions. They mentioned in the letter that the evidence provided is insufficient to prove a good faith marriage.
They go on to mention that they have received the following from me
- Lease
- Joint Account Bank Statement (with one page of transactions)
- Tax returns.
- Photos, travel and affidavits
And they failed to acknowledge receipt of the following other documents I submitted
- Health and life insurance which shows my name and my spouse's name.
- Joint Car insurance.
- Joint Costco membership card.
- Individual credit card statements.
As they have mentioned not to submit copies of documents previously submitted. Should I submit the other 4 again? Looks like they lost these documents.
Also, In addition to the above documents, I'm going to provide the following financial documents
- 6 months of Joint Credit Card Statements (Shows only my name in the statement, but my spouse is on it as well).
- Individual, Bank Statements (Checking and Savings) for a duration of 2 years showing the same Home address.
- Shared Utility Bill (Car Parking) for a duration of 2 years showing both names.
Do I submit these documents the same way I submitted my application packet?
Thanks for reading! Any help is greatly appreciated.
Same thing happened to me. I’m re st mutiny the documents they didn’t acknowledge on the RFE. Also sending in a bunch of other new things. I sent so many things and yet they said it wasn’t enough. Regarding the bank account, I sent 4 years worth of statements but most of it is my card being used because my wife lost hers and we both use mines... plus I do most of the financial things got the family... and they had an issue with that. So yeah. But I’m submitting everything else I can think of. Not taking any chances.

Yes and we’re doing a power of attorney and 2 more affidavit letters, some

they sent me a RFE when filed I-485 and the specified what they needed. in your case it looks like they might have lost you evidences.
I hope so! I started getting some additional affidavits, new cards that we opened, pet insurance that we got and all that but these don’t cover 2 years. Sent all the documents that cover the last 5 years with my original documents.

did you send the tax transcript? people usually send the tax return info but they always ask for tax transcript even though they dont specify that
I did. I sent both, actually. Spanning 2015-2017.

I’m a CSC applicant that was transferred to Nebraska in June. Just got a notification online that they’re requesting additional evidence from me. I’m not sure what they could possibly want because we literally sent a super comprehensive package. Just hoping that it’s a situation where my papers were misplaced. Does anyone have any experience dealing with a RFE after having sent a comprehensive package?

I received a letter today that they are reviewing my case and will use biometrics from the past. Th fee I paid for that will not be refunded😕
That’s good news. I haven’t heard anything from them since I got my extension letter in late August. I will give them a call tomorrow. Hopefully they’ll use my previous biometrics as well.

Package sent on 8/6/18; received on 8/8/18... Nothing since. CSC. Fingers crossed that we’ll hear something soon!
