  1. Congratulations! You were very lucky!!!

I am at Vermont Center since May 2017, still waiting for my I-485....

Enjoy and Best Luck in your new journey 🙌

  2. Hello guys! My day has come and I’m scared as hell. here is my timeline march 6, 2017 submitted 360,485,765 march 14 USCIS receive them sept 6, 2017 ...360 approved(very lucky) Nov 27 2018 interview notice interview date: Dec 20th 2018... wish everyone good luck in this long journey... Please keep me in your prayer guys!!!
  3. Be happy! Your case is approved because that’s the only time the transfer it to local office. Wait for your AIS interview
  4. It doesn’t matter. They still show it for everyone but if you pay attention I’ll be a date that is already pass
  5. I’m trying my best. I spend 14k already hiring 2 attorneys to work with me. It seems like they don’t know all the rules since I’m always come up with ideas about what’s written in the uscis website. Very stressful! Thanks for your faith in prayers in my matter.
  6. That’s very weird how they charge me. I was the one who scare and went back and report it to the police lol. I’ll just get myself ready for the worst case scenario. If they denied it I’ll just go back home and work. The worst thing is that I have a kid with my abusive spouse
  7. Should I just go back to my country then. What’s your advice
  8. It’s also not in the category of moral turpitude. I attach a screenshot of moral turpitude felony in California
  9. It is also not an inadmissibility problem but a bar for adjustment
  10. What if the case get dismissed? I look on the USCIS website and it states that only aggravated felony bars apply to VAWA based AOS. Different bars apply to different kind of immigration status. Moreover, I’m pretty sure It’ll be dismissed. I have two lawyers.
  11. This law does not apply for VAWA. You can get a divorce and apply for USC in the 3 years deadline if you don’t get remarried
