I am not sure what you are saying, your sentence doesn't really make sense. I believe NVC generally processes cases as in the order they come in but not necessarily always the case. However the issue is with USCIS sending NVC the petition. Just because you receive an approval notice DOES NOT mean that USCIS has actually sent the case to NVC. For example for me I received an approval notice with a receipt date of May 5th however on the USCIS site the status did not update to "Case was Sent to the State Department" until July 3. I called and received my case number from NVC on July 18th

I was responding to some who posted that on nvc as of 12 august 2019 they r reviewing case send in july 25, 2019 I was telling them that is not true they r just reviewing case send in july 9, 2019

Hi, I submitted AOS, civil docs and Ds260 on July 19, 2019 for IR5. I received a message on July 31, 2019 asking for additional documents.

I submitted these on August 2, 2019. However, I have not received any update from NVC yet about acceptance of the additional docs I sent.

How long should I wait before contacting NVC about it? What is the expected time delay for reviewing the additional docs NVC requests? Thanks!

The NVC made a typo error in entering my wife’s middle name.  It is a very small error in that they entered an”o” instead of a “p” in her middle name.  (Yes, her passport is correct, it is just a NVC typo). Since I had to resubmit a form, I tried to get them to fix their error.  However both my email and phone call went in vain.  Now our case is CC and being sent to embassy.

Does anyone have a similar experience with NVC typos.  Will it be easy to fix at the embassy?

    Thanks

once you send them the passport they will fix it, it happen to my husband date of birth and I call they say they will fix it as soon as they get the passport and they did try call them and explain again.

  5. thank you very much dylana

It can take up to 3 weeks, once three weeks goes by from the 22nd, you should call the NVC and request a supervisor because it is outside of normal processing time. Wait the rest of this week and call next week if they don't review the documents.

thank you very much for your respond, I will wait and call them next week.

So you didn’t submit any evidence? Once the package gets to the embassy they will review it before the interview. They may not even allow him to show anything at the interview. Hopefully they will ask him. Oan... you have to create your own post. Moderators will prob say we hijacked the post😲

I was just letting her no I didn't submit all that evidence I am not hijacking her post

It seems that you have everything you need to file. We included the same information and was approved without any RFE's. I think the processing time is about 12-14 months currently.

You should call them - I am not sure if it only happened to me but it only took 2-3 business days after I called (well, technically I yelled at they for rejecting my 1040 + W2 and asked for Transcript instead while the description said "Income Tax Return OR Transcript", they finally accepted my 1040 + W2).

hi i send my w2 in iam still waiting on my transcript i am hoping they accept my w2.
