    For a 72 year old:

    Tdap Tetanus/diphtheria/Pertussis
Tdap=adolescent and adult formulation tetanus and diphtheria toxoids and acellular pertussis vaccine

    Pneumococcal
PCV or PPSV depending on vaccination history. That is two different versions of the vaccine. Ask the doctor which is appropriate if never having pneumococcal vaccine before.

    (Influenza) Only during flu season
Only needed if the medical exam date is Oct 1-March 31 (flu season)

(Varicella) On the list but she won't have to get it.
This is waived if she has had chickenpox. They accept her word for it. It is also waived in the UK for "not readily available" because the UK does not immunise for Varicella and finding the shot would be difficult.

NOTE: this list differs from the usual adult immigrant list you will find discussed on here because of her age.
MMR is not required if born before 1957
Pneumococcal is required for over 65 yrs old
