I have a son with my fiancee, he was born december 2017.  On march 2018 I went to the embassy and went through a similar process so I can obtain us citizen for my son.   We went and were told there are 2 interviews and the lady attending us told us she was waving the 2nd interview because she believed us.  I had to prove it was my son, had photos about our relationship,  photos throughout her pregnancy.

So now all this was added to her k1 application and I'm assuming it helped.
