My Mom doesn't have any BC at all since the City Hall burned out way way long ago. What my brother did they file for a Reconstructed Certificate of Live Birth based on PSA copy
They can go to the NSO and they can request the documents or requirements. -

Yes you can.. but what I can advise if you can postpone your vacation please do so. I have applied my N400 march they do my biometrics three weeks after they received my application. interview set on may which is 41 days.. did you apply online?

I didn't add as well my step child. I only add my kids..

When we requested a birth certificate there is no record that is why they submitted a late registration
