Hi all! My fiancé and I just submitted our package through an immigration lawyer (he wanted to pay for the peace of mind) on 07 August 2018. Hoping for a swift NOA1, and what the hell, a swift NOA2 as well after lurking on the board I do recognize how lucky we both are. We are about 5 hours driving from each other and travel every week or two on the weekends. I’ve noticed I’ve been under a lot of scrutiny from the border guards recently, but never been turned away. Hoping this file doesn’t change that! I have my own place and full-time job that requires me to return every Sunday night - I will be sure to have letters/paperwork in tow to show my intent to return on the next trip. Gonna be a wild ride... buckle up, ladies and gentlemen of the August crew. 🤞✌️🤘
