UPDATE for those dealing with MONTREAL! 
 
I just got off the phone with NVC they're still scheduling interviews for September. 

I called yesterday and they said are still scheduling for September interviews for Montreal this week. My CC was July 13. 
 
Also the person who got an interview September 25th, ccJuly 11, that was for her son, I believe that falls under a different visa type.

My husband called NVC last night and they said they are continuing to schedule montreal interviews next week for September  fingers crossed!

Same CC here. Looks like interview notices for Montreal are going out today. Fingers crossed. 

As predicted, just heard back from NVC & Montreal a few minutes ago. Interview is scheduled for September 4. June 22 cc.

Same CC but Islamabad embassy. Hope we get a date very soon.
