    Hello everyone! I'm trying to pay visa application fee through NEFT from my indian bank account. From ustraveldocs I got the IFSC code beneficiary name account number but I also need to know the account type to be able to add new payee in my bank account. does anyone know what would be the account type?

    I filled the tourist visa application for my parents and I'm not sure what's the next step. Do i need to pay the fee before scheduling an interview?

    I'm trying to contact uscis over the phone but Its not transferring my call to the agent. Generally if you say "technical support" it transfer you call to the agent but its not working this time. Does anyone know how to get through the recording? I'm at MSC service center. Case status is 'ready to schedule interview' since November 2021.

    @OldUser thank you so much for the quick response. This is the another thing i'm worried about. They haven't give us date of the interview yet. I'm worried if they send letter when we are overseas. Is it possible to reschedule if we are not in states? do they even give the option to reschedule.

    I applied for ROC in January 2021 service center is MSC. The status is "ready to be scheduled for an interview" since November 2021. I have 24 months extension on my expired green card which is valid until February 23, 2023(feb next year). We are going for an overseas trip next month and coming back in November. Would this be problem on the way back. I'll still have 3 months of extension left when we will come back in November but i'm worried if it will cause any problems on the way back.
