keep positive. I think there is no way to know what thier actions mean, they could say yeah your approved, then your waiting months without a visa. So you had the interview!!! Thats great , im just waiting for that day. Its progress.....

I was wondering if my fiances birth certificate, Army release and police clearance are returned with packet 3 or are the just brought to the interview. If they are sent do they need to be translated ? Thanks in advance

Oh..... and passport, if he does not have one yet is that ok or should you get one before the interview.

I was going to submit last years tax return, this years 1040, 3 pay stubs, letter from employer, and bank letter

Does it matter if my bank account is a joint account , but the money and deposits are mine?

Also if you make way above the 125% poverty line does it matter the ending balance of the account is low if yI have proof of deposits? Basically do you have to have savings if your income is sufficient?
