    Congratulations on the baby. Here's a thought. As soon as Montreal receives the paperwork, request for a transfer to Vancouver based on your situation. Hopefully they will transfer.

    Hey, No Problem at all :) I got a lot of help off this site and Im just glad to help anyway I can. Hopefully you will get your NOA2 soon. I got mine about 9 days earlier than what VisaJourney estimated.
