Yes I sent them mails also but now stopped these things. It's a f4 visa and already have been waiting for 14 years and still in administrative processing. Hope for best

The visa's validity period is limited by the medical, so a new medical will be needed. Wait until they request one before doing it.

90 days have been passed after submitting new joint sponsor documents. Although previous one was qualified from nvc but lady officer demanded new joint sponsor documents as the previous sponsor has already sponsored other applicants too . Our case is being updated by embassy but on asking they are replying same answer that your documents have been received and we are looking into it. Does it any chance to denial from them or why they are taking so long time. Medical is going to be expired in next week

Have you got visa? I gave interview on 14 July but CO said to courier the joint sponsor documents i864 . But why asking for i864A ? Did your sponsor join other income too to support your case?

Yes I have checked it and also send inquiry to embassy. They replied we are looking into it and will inform you as soon as possible.

I submitted affidavit of support I864  only for joint sponsor. But submitted I864 A of petitioner who is my sister in law also. Do you want to say that I should submit i864 A for joint sponsor also. Please respond me n share that email too . Because I am on the same boat with you and my case is on pending review for 90 days. I emailed them but they always reply me that my case is in pending review. Please help me please

CO asked for new joint sponsor. We already submitted documents and embassy confirmed documents were received and pending for review.but our medical is going to be expired next week. Should I have to pay again medical fees and even ds 260 fees also if time has passed

I gave interview on 4 June but CO asked me to submit a new joint sponsor documents because previous one already sponsored others. 90 days have been passed after submitting documents. According to the embassy our documents are in pending review. Is there anyone who has facing same issue

If it's a white letter then it must be 221g.

I am on the same boat like you. My passport kept by them and also submitted documents via courier but still in administrative processing. Have you got any update of your case?

Submit your documents via courier American Express. Don't worry it's not a denial or refusal. After submitting documents and background check they will issue you visa inshaAllah. Mine interview went well but in the end they gave me 221g to submit new joint sponsor documents. I submitted documents via courier and waiting for their response. Hope for the best

I suggest you to email embassy and confirm about your documents. I emailed them and they confirmed me that they have received documents. We have a bright chance because some people got questionnaire from them and it's like a black hole. Don't worry just pray to your God and keep in touch because we are on same boat. Have a great day

Got same reply. Does it help to reach congressman because I heard from someone it is not helpful and all things depend on officer. My medical is going to be expired next week
