    hi!

     

    just wondering if i can schedule and do my medical exam eventhough i dont have yet may interview date? 

     

    may case has been ready 3 months ago and the reason why until now i cant schedule my interview yet is because im still waiting for my police clearance from qatar to arrive. i was thinking to have my medical while waiting so that i can use the time while waiting :(

     

    Any suggestions pls? thank you so much!

    thats too much. you can actually report them. DHL has a service for requesting of police clearance in qatar. all you have to do is give them the documents and $31 fee plus the authentication fee for 3k plus pesos. they will be the one who will process everything.

    it happened to me as well. the guy in LBC told me that all documents are to be screened in their xray and if they found out that there's money inside they will get the money. same rule applies to DHL and fedex. no money inside the documents. i dont have a choice but to request the police clearance  in DHL which will took 2-3mos :(

Unfortunately you have to continue having more patience. Better to try to do it all one time without having to go back to do more. This being the reason everyone hates getting issued an RFE as well.

I dont know how each country works, but as far as I know you need to go to any police station to request it and ask that it be translated to English. I'm sure all countries have the service and it could take a week to several weeks. Ours in South Korea took 3 weeks to complete.

     

    Personally I'd wait until you have all your documents ready before scheduling the interview. If you don't have everything, and you go to the interview, they will give you a 221g form which puts everything on hold until you provide that documentation. So it could add on more time. It's happening to us because we scheduled the medical appt only 2 days before the interview. But it took a week for the medical to arrive.

    thank you! was just worried because i think its so hard to have the earliest schedule here in the philippines. And thinking better to schedule now since it will take couple of weeks or months to have my own slot and maybe by that time my police clearance will arrive. it is very risky tho, since im not sure if it will arrive before my schedule interview :(

    Hi!

     

    Does anyone here request for a police clearance in qatar even you're in the philippines? how long and how?

     

    i think i need it as my requirement for K1 interview since  i worked there for 2yrs.

     

    Also i need your advice, should i schedule my interview now and i will just tell the CO that im still processing my police clerance in qatar (because case is ready for a month already and whats holding me back  is because i dont have yet my police clearance in qatar..) or better to gather all the requirements first before scheduling?

    ENDORSEMENT LETTER FROM PHILIPPINE EMBASSY

    hi!

     

    is there anyone here who receive and ask for an endorsement letter from  US embassy Phillipines? This letter is needed by NBI so that they can give my fingerprint sundry card. :( and by then i can start applying for my police clearance in qatar and when i have it that's the only time i can schedule my interview. case has been ready for a month already and until now im waiting for this letter :(:(

The embassy in Manila does not send out any info to the beneficiary. Once interview is ready for scheduling it's on you to set up medical and interview, obtain NBI clearance and CENOMAR and complete CFO and all. They do nothing for you.

    yup! from the Phillippines. thank you for the reply. problem is i cant get my police clearance since i havent receive the letter from embassy na nirerequire ng NBI in order for me to get the fingerprint sundry card :( really cant move on in scheduling because I know I'll be having incomplete requirements (police clearance from qatar) once interview date is there already. any advice po?

    Hi! my K1 case has been READY since last month with note that I can proceed with the scheduling of interview and medical. Unfortunately, I cant move on to the next step kasi i have incomplete requirements pa. I worked in qatar for 2yrs so they will ask for my police clearance. Upon checking for the requirements on how to get it, they need the fingerprint sundry card from NBI. So I went personally to NBI and ask for this sundry card and told me that they need a letter from the embassy or checklist bago ako makakuha. one month since READY na ung case ko, and im still waiting for the letter/packet 3 for the checklist. do you have any advice on what to do? should I just wait or just go on with the scheduling of interview then mag to follow na lang ako ng police clearance? please if anyone here can help or enlighten me on what to do? nasasayangan kasi ako sa time. :( thankyou!
