My spouse and 3 children(all under 6) have DCF with London we have efiled the DS 260 2weeks ago, there medicals are booked for 1 weeks time, but when we sign in on the website to book interviews it says *Is not ready for an interview.
Am I doing something wrong?
-
I just got my spouses and children's LND number today and just completed the four Ds260s online, what happens next? Do I get an interview date sent via post? If so how long is the wait time? Do I pay visas fee at London? Sorry for bombarding with questions! I'm DCF to not through nvc so getting confused!
-
Got our LND numbers today, logged on to ceac.state.gov.IV and put our case numbers in it let us fill out the ds260s for the 3 children and my spouse. It said step 1 select agent, step 2 pay fees, step 3 fill out Ds260.
It skipped straight to Ds260 and told us to email across all civil and financial documentation. We have not selected an agent or payed the fees yet. Is this correct?
-
We have been approved i130s on 19th December waiting on lnd number, we have filled in all i864s and gathered all documents ready for Ds260 to upload for ceac. I know we can book the medical at knightsbridge doctors in London as soon as we get the lnd number, but at what point can you book or receive your interview date? Trying to be efficient as possible.

On with sending off late tax returns! Hopefully will be resolved ASAP and can get my tax return evidence for the aos. Just some final checking now. Myself spouse and 3 children. Joint sponsor and spouse no dependents.
Children 3 - I-864W COMPLETE
Myself (sponsor) 1- I-864 (household 5, intending immigrant 1)
Joint sponsor 1-I-864 (household 3, intending immigrant 1)
JS spouse 1-i864a (household 3, intending immigrant 1)
Unsure who to list as family members on the 2 i-1864s because it says to only put family members if they are on the same visa petition, which they are not. I presume I don't put any family members. Just list 3 dependants on mine.

Thanks for that I had no idea I needed to file tax returns. Any idea on where I should start. Contacting hmrc UK for my last 3 year's income and tax amount then....?
I will be seeking legal advice to but want to get a head start.

Ok thanks, I have lived in the UK since I was 2years old (I was adopted from US to UK) I have worked in the UK from being 16 I am now 30. I have never worked in the US have no US bank account. Would 3 year's tax I've paid in the UK not be sufficient. Or put zero with an explanation to why I have not filed tax returns with proof of UK pay an tax . I will have domicile there in 2 weeks when I move there.
-
On the I-864 that I (us citizen living in UK, moving to us in 2 weeks) fill out I have not filed any tax returns do I put my UK wages in there with a letter stating why I haven't. Also my joint sponsor and his spouse both retired with 55k federal tax income do I list his spouse on I 864 as she is filing i864a alongside it. There joint income is 55k mine is 0 untill I start work next month will that cover all 5 of us. Sorry for all the questions just trying to get everything right first time.

Thanks, going to amend forms and double check everything got 99% of everything done for the next stage just trying to get it all correct 1st time and asap. all the families I-130s were approved today! so hopefully not long until we get the case numbers and can continue on.

I now know which affidavit forms I need to fill out.
I fill out i-864 for my wife and i-864w for my 3 children. For house hold size is it 5 or 2?
And for my joint sponsor filing 1-864 and his spouse filing i-864a. is that a house hold size of 3?
Also on the i-864w it requires my children's social security numbers but they are still UK citizens so they don't have them!
-
Thanks, so I file a i-864 for my wife and 3 i-864w for my 3 children and my co sponsor files an i-864 for my wife himself and his spouse?
-
Yes all 3 are biological, I have lived in the UK since I was 2years old and now I'm 30 so they are not eligible to claim us citizenship but they automatically get US citizenship when we land in the US.

I am a US citizen living in the UK with British wife and 3 children under 6. I have filed separate i-130s for them all. Now on to ds260 and AOS next week, I don't start work in US until January so no income to put on AOS so I have a family member who will sponsor all 5 plus the 2 of themselves with a 51k income. Do i file separate i-864 and ds-260 for wife and kids? Any help will be appreciated

I am filling out the i-864 and am unsure if I need to fill out multiple copies. I am the petioner for my wife and 3 children who are all under 6 and UK citizens do I file 4 affidavits of support forms or just 1? My family.in the us are sponsoring us as I don't have the assets or a job until I get there. Do I pay the fee for the i-864 with the ds260 and take the form with me to the London interview. Very confused at the minute. Thanks for any help 🙂

How long did it take you from posting your I-130 to London to getting your visa and flying? I posted ours October 2018 and London received it 24th October. hopefully booking flights for April??
-
I wanted to know because I have arranged a few job interviews and DCF has been delayed by missing paperwork and credit card problems. can I take wife and kids to US on a VWP and declare i130s are in process we are just there for a short holiday and job interviews but are returning home? Or can wife and kids not travel there until they have visas issued from London
-
Gowrian, if we were going there to visit to check out where we wanted to live before hand, would we still be stopped on entry because we have sent off our i-130s to London but they have not been filed because payment has not been taken?
-
I am an American citizen i have filed four I-130s for spouse and 3 children, our credit card blocked the payment. 3 out of 4 I-130s have been delivered, 1 is missing Royal mail don't have it and USCIS haven't replied to our emails. Can we fly to the US now and file our i-130s with adjustment of status. Or will our i-130s showed up as filed and we will be denied entry?
-
We are just about to send off our I-130 for my uk spouse to the DCR in London. Done the USCIS checklist and have everything on it. Do we need to send more proof of Life together with it like joint mortgage statements, photos together etc?

How do I pay the filing fee from the UK. It's says I have to pay by check or money order located in the United States. I only have UK bank account. And I am filing through the us embassy in London. Is it the g1450 form. Can I pay by check or money order from a UK bank?
-
So the best option would be DCF. After I have completed the i-130s for my spouse and children do I ring the emabassy in London to make an appointment to file the I-130s?

I am a US citizen living and working in the UK married to a UK citizen with 3 children under 21. Plan to move over to us and work.plan is:
File separate I 130 for spouse and children
Pay fees for affidavit of support and Visa application.
File Ds260 and affidavit of support online
Make medical appointments
Go to interview at the embassy
Receive ir1 and ir2 visas
Am I missing anything?
Thanks 😀

No the children are all UK citizens, so file 4 separate i-130s. Thanks geowrin, I was hoping it would be just 1.

My wife has just been approved ir1 Visa at the London embassy. How do we get her green card? Is there anything else we need to do once we land in the US?
