Hi everyone, 

I submitted my husband Petition to Remove Conditions in Sept of 2020 and havent heard a peep. I did receive notice that his case got moved to a new jurisdiction but here we are almost a year later after of filing and Im starting to get concerned. anyone on the same boat as I ?

I filed back in October of 2020 has anyone received this notice "I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" 

create a table of contents and submit everything you have. im sure you and your spouse have plenty of documentation with the same address. I think we get overwhelemed with the little things, state that yall did have a child but currently are in the process of getting birth certificate submit photos of the birth, like SUBMIT EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!  the worst that can happen is they will request an interview. i think a nice organzied table of contents with bills, any finanical documents, letters, affidavits... just submit what you have. 

if they do not ask for it no need to bring it. you will get a checklist
