    Mezyan,
I signed up for this only to give you some Direction. As in 2010 I met my spouse in in 2012 we were married in the United States I went through the Visa process and it was a breeze. I recommend that you contact rapidvisa.com and pay for their service and they will prepare everything for you. I don't know what their service runs right now but when I did it back in 2011 and applied for the Visa it ran around $300 for their service you are still going to have to pay for the doctor's visits the passport passport photos you have to pay for the change of status as well as the cost to file with the government those have nothing to do with rapid Visa however at this time they will allow you to make those payments via credit card whereas in the past you had to pay cash up-front for everything. But I can tell you the gentleman that owns rapid Visa his name is Ben. I met Ben when he was in Colorado Springs and now they have moved to Las Vegas. my story ended in a divorce however that did not deter me from looking for love overseas again and I am preparing to use the service for a second time. Good luck check out their website I think you will find that they can be most helpful.

Good luck also be patient the process from the time you first file is going to take a minimum of 6 months up to a year we were approved after 11 months and I went to Colombia for the interview as well.   but we were never asked for a single item additional and there was nothing that ever held up our process. Again good luck and I hope this information was helpful.  Www.rapidvisa.com
