Okay then what does mean why did they gave me biometrics if my parents are overseas that first time hearing of someone getting biometrics appointment

Also that why you think I haven’t heard decision regarding my mom case do you think doing this biometric appointment its gonna give me decision on both cases ??

So both of my Parents cases got transferred to Nebraska but one was in California and the other was at Texas Now both at Nebraska but for my dad case got biometric appointment for me to appear and my mom case I haven’t heard anything !! Is that normal getting biometric appointment for me ??

They’re currently working on cases end of March 2024 !! They have a lot cases for March but they should to be working April Cases either next week or two weeks !!

So looking by uscis processing time they’re barley approving people in august 2023 it looking like I won’t be getting approval by Summer 2025 !!

Yeah I know processing time went up I see they keep changing it sucks I only could be patient right now it sucks !!

It takes year to approved by USCIS ?? I thought my case status should be actively reviewed by it the same it been 128 days the case status is still case received and we sent recipient notice !!

I’m us citizen I filled the two I-130 Petition for my Parents on April 23,204 and my status case received and we sent recipient notice for both cases it been 114 days right now !!
