    Hello Susie,

    So, before the Medical exams, my wife and I have to go to a panel doctor and ask for a full report on our health and then provide it to the embassy's doctor? I would like to have this clear in order to avoid any delays.

    Thanks!

    From what I can see, this requirement may vary depending on the embassy you are being interviewed right?

    ^ you need to provide a medical certificate from a panel doctor in the same country that you interview.

    Thanks SUSIEQQQ, you are right I have received an email from the doctor after enquiry that they need my UK GP's report before they can send my medical report to the embassy. It is so heartbreaking and stressful .

    Hello KofiP and congratulations on getting your Visa! I wanted to ask you why they requested a report from your UK GP? Best!

    Also I wanted to know about the supporting documentation, my sponsor provided the following as stated in the instructions at USCIS webpage:

    A. Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions with deposits, identifying the following details

    regarding the account:

    (1) Date account opened;

    (2) Total amount deposited for the past year; and

    (3) Present balance.

    B. Statement(s) from your employer on business stationery showing:

    (1) Date and nature of employment;

    (2) Salary paid; and

    (3) Whether the position is temporary or permanent.

    He also provided financial information about his assets and shares.

    However I am concerns because he didn't provided the W2 nor 1040 forms. Would this be a problem?

    Thanks in advance!

    @SusieQQQ could you please advise on my request? Thanks in advance!

  6. Hello,

    My wife was selected in the DV 2019, and we have submitted our DS 260 already. The thing is we should expect to be called to the interview around  January and our sponsor already sent us the affidavit of support with all the supporting documentation. (In July)

    I wanted to know if by the time we have our interview this Form 1-134 and supporting documentation will still be valid or should we request it again before the interview?

    Thanks in advance!

    To clarify, did what she add in produce a new DS260 for you to fill in separately as well?

    She added me to her case and we both filled the DS-260 (one for each of us as requested on the instructions), but at any point we were asked to upload the marriage certificate.

    Find a picture for your reference.

    Is it possible that for the DV2019 you do not have to upload the marriage certificate?

    Thanks

  8. Hi all, my wife was selected for further processing in the DV-2019 and we hold the submission of the DS-260 in order to get married, after we got married, she added me to the DS-260 and filled all the information, however on the instructions and other forums it says that we have to upload the Marriage certificate but we submitted the forms and at any point there was not an option to upload the marriage certificate.

    Could you please share a picture or your experience on where we have to upload the scanned document?

    This is what the instructions says: "When adding family members to your case, you will need to upload a document to prove your relationship to the family member being added".

    Thanks in advance for your help!
