Hi guys 

pls can anyone explain to me what is that mean when your status on ceac change from Admin review after 3 updates to ready ? Is that something positive? Is that can mean that visa will be issued soon or it can be just mistake from website and it will change again to administrative processing?

And also they didn’t give the form ds5535

 it’s only admin review without any missing documents

They ask that you not inquire if your administrative processing is under 60 days.

Thnx for your answer but it’s only my 2 week on admin review I think it’s still early to contact a congressman right?

They gave me a white slip with no missing documents and they kept my passport he said we will contact u but he didn’t say am approved I think it’s because of my fiancé visa I did first it’s been one week nothing yet

my interview was 3 days ago at us Embassy in Casablanca they gave me a white slip (admin review 221g) I have no missing documents and they didn’t give me any form but they kept my passport 

what is that mean? They will send back my case to us?

Yes and was put on hold for administrative processing sent Back to us and then expired

Yeah but it’s different they give her back all her documents and passport but me they kept everything I think because of our fiancé visa before was on AP

he received an email for the dreaded ds5535 but he was told approved at the same time and was given "welcome to the us letter: and they didn't keep his passport!!!

kept your passport 

did they give u welcome to the US letter?

221 g is for additional documents or denial so keeping passport is confusing

 

almost seems like the new staff members are confused about the proper steps after interview

What did the CO say at the interview? Were you given the Aramex instructions to pick up the visa? Did they ask you to submit a form called DS-5535?

No they kept the passport and no missing documents, we will contact you and that’s it
