Just got an email with interview date on April 18th

IR-1 CC on 26th Feb

Mumbai Consulate

There is a very high chance that Mumbai consulate will schedule another batch of interviews (CR1/IR1) within this week or early next week.

I think for this batch, it going to be people whose cases completed from end of January to end of February? Let's see how they schedule it.

Hello everyone,

I'm kind of confused about PCC.

Currently, my spouse's application is pending with NVC for IR1/CR1 category.

My spouse applied for PCC through Indian Passport Office (PSK) and get the PCC the same day.

Does she also need PCC from Delhi Police (applied separately through Delhi Police's website)

Will the Passport Regional Office's PCC would be enough or does she need both?

We are currently at NVC phase ( going to submit document to NVC soon)

Old website and the app said approve. New website is still showing the old status.

Side Note:

I contacted my senator last week though email and provided them with all the documents. I got a email from them in the morning that the immigration liaison has contacted USCIS on my behalf and will get a response from them within 6-8 weeks. Magically, I got the message from the app that the case has been approved in the afternoon. I would suggest people to contact their congressman or senators and use all possible resources to fasten this process.
