Apparently yes, that's why I want to find out how they sent their documents. Maybe online processing has started again. November filers still haven't gotten their IL and most of them are electronic processing

AND the latest update was almost a year ago:

August 28, 2017 - the Department of State sent us your case, for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done.

We were expecting that after PD will get current some things will get moving but its still quiet.

Do we miss some things?

Yes case was complete as of December, they said that Montreal is backlogged and they are waiting for interview schedules and usually they come in twords the end of the month. So i am hoping to get some news this week or next because date has been current since May.

November 2016 filer ,just got noa2 over the weekend. The website  hasn't been updated nor was an email sent. Just receipt approved i-130 in mail

My i130 date was filed 25th November 2016, it just got approved now ☺☺☺☺ hope it brings some hope to those still waiting ,my November 2016 filers
