hi
no, a person can have more than one petition on going at the same time
Thank you for your reply. I am just wondering if it's going to cause conflict as I have a petition from my dad (I-130) and another petition from my fiance (I-129). I read some post here of visa denial because she has a pending (mistaken identity) K1 visa application during an interview in the US embassy..

Thank you so much.. I thought I can only have 1 petition or both of my petition will be denied because of so many petitions filed.

Hello everyone!
I need advice on my case, my Dad petitioned me and my siblings last March 2015 (I-130 - Petition for Alien Relative)
I met a guy friend in Thailand last April 2017 while I was travelling, we separated ways but still continue contacting or messaging each other, after his Thailand trip he went back to the US for few months. He then finally visited me in the Philippines, we became officially couple since August 2017, December he said he wants to marry me and we file for a K1 Visa. He knows that I had a pending petition yet we submitted our K1 packet last Feb 2018.
Will it affect both of my petition? Is it best to withdraw my dad's I-130 petition for Alien Relative?
Do any of you here have the same situation like me?
I don't know what to do...
We wanted to get married and be together, plan our future and have 4 kids (If i'm able to as I am turning 35 now! )
I really need your help or advise..
