You just didnt send enough proof. I got the same RFE. As the OP stated just send more evidence from the ones listed on the letter.
Did you guys have join bank accounts ( send copies of bank statements from the period you file until now.. Even is those accounts are now closed, you can still go to your bank and request those bank statement)
join Lease agreements
Car Insurance policies
Most recent tax joint tax returns
My mistake was, that I did not send enough evidence to begin with. When I got my RFE, I sent all docs I could possibly send,
Mortgage deed
Home insurance policy
Bank Statements 2015-2018
Credit Card Statements showing each other as auth users
401k Showing him as Beneficiary
Life insurance policy
Birth Cert for our son
School records showing him as the guardian for my two daugthers
Medical records showing him as the emergency contact all three children
Medical Insurance policy and cards
AAA membership renewal letter showing both of our names
And two affidavits.
I even sent an email conversations I had, one with my attorney, family member and my old landlord.
do you think sending photos of us together would help and such?

But you have bank statements and joint health insurance from the beginning of your marriage, correct? Better to send that rather than not send anything at all. And please don't send just 1 statement per year this time.
What month/year did you formally separate from your husband? You should request the divorce waiver with your RFE response as well.
we still live together

No joint accounts (whether open or closed)? No health insurance?
It reads as if you sent only 1 bank statement over each year----better to send quarterly statements during the course of the marriage. They need to see co-mingling over the duration of your marriage...1 statement per year is not enough.
not for this year, we dont share bank accounts anymore or health insurance

Don't do this.
Do this. Do not ignore an RFE - even if you don't have the information/documents requested, you MUST respond to it or will receive a denial.
im just not sure what i can send besides utility bills and a state id card

I passed citizenship interview yesterday. I thought I will have combo interview for my 10 year green card and citizenship too. But the officer told me that he is just interview me for citizenship. And he told me don't worry about green card because when you have ceremony you have to give them back your green card.so I think if you guys is still waiting for 10 year gc,just go head apply for citizenship.
would i have enough time though? i need to send evidence by march 15

I need help, basically I was sent i need more evidence, but even though the marriage was entered in good faith it didn't work out with us, we will get divorced but right now still married. i am not sure what to send to them or how to go about it? is anyone in a similar situation?
things i sent back then were two affidavits, bank statements, tax returns, health insurance

has anyone gotten a new update ever since that "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" ? because i don't have anything new going on

When the case shows that the office has jurisdiction over your case, usually it means interview but it also could mean that they are working on your case. Did they transfer your case or have you filed N400? Anything?
no i haven't filed for n400

Nothing will come. It's suggesting that if your approval has happened you will get notification by mail, if not contact them. But in reality you don't need to since you know I-751 approval processing times are another 6-8 months away for CSC filers and 3-4 months for VSC filers (I'm guessimating these times of course since one never knows approval rates at USCIS).
These updates are generic in that everyone gets the same response. They are computer generated, and since computers aren't human, they are programmed not to look at each case specifically when updates are sent. They give the impression that a notice is forthcoming, when indeed, it is not.
Do not be worried and do not get frustrated over this. We all got them *and will still get them) and expect more since you signed up for the auto-updates. You can turn this feature off by going into your account.
thank you for explaining it makes more sense now i feel better

Standard response. It says it on all updates. It's suggesting that the 'notice' means information from USCIS ie approval. Since its a form letter, and not personal, the computer spits out a date in hope that your 'whatever approval' will happen before that date. It's also a nice way for you to stop bugging them for a month. Guess they hope you forget. Form letters are like that.
what should i do about it then? i was supposed to get something by march 28 and i never gotten anything so should i be worried?
-
so i called about it and they said no notice was sent which makes NO sense to me, why does it say then that i was supposed to get a notice by march 28??

Has anyone here been asked for RFE and got a decision yet? if so, how long did it take after they got it?
