Hello everyone. im in a process of getting 10 years green card. few weeks ago i got I-797 and im wondering can i travel overseas with that letter. coz my husband is super worredand think i should not be traveling till i get my green card.

Hello everyone, i did send my package march 4 and was delivered march 8. since that i got no news and as i see it is ok. i am wondering when can i travel as my greencard experies soon. any paper they send will be ok for traveling outside the country and renew my driving license?

im wondering, no need for passport fotos to be attached to the applications?

and one more qustion: what you guys included in a cover letter,?just a list of documents?

hello, i need some help- im making the form I-751 and confused now

i have a pasport under one name and then in my 2 year green card i have my husband last name( as i use it after marrige)

so in 1.a family name -what should i enter? my pasport name? or name from green card ?

and another qustion: i might need to travel soon, nit sure if my green card will be ready, should i make any other forms to apply for traveling?sorry im not sure how it works

hello, we had an interview for green card based on marriage. it was very tought and I paniced and mixed some dates, at the end lady said-we need 30-120 days to make a desigion. ( we have a common baby and long history so my husband not worred but im so worred) the case sattus online is initial reviewd is it ok statu? share your experience please. my friend said at the end of her interwue she was tald-green card aproved

1. 30th of June did send my papers, invited for biometrics august 3, what to expect next? I really cant wait to get advance parole to travel, how long it usually takes. 

2. if something wrong with my documents or im missing something when they will let me know?

3. how do I knoe what office my papers in - I live in NJ if it matters)?

4. how long it usually takes the average to get the interview?

from my husband's mother (she is a beneficiary):
1. birth certificate
2. Passport copy
3. marriage certificate (we are not applying for the father) - do I need it?
4. 2 passport photos- do I need it???

Thank you very much! he is USA citizen and we just send papers for me and it was lot of forms so I got confused if that one form ok for his mom(we applying for his mom only)

Hello everyone, im just now trying to make everything ready for my husband's parents to get grren card, they are out of USA in there country. So im little confused, all I need  is: 

• Form I-130  (535 USD all together?)
• A copy of your birth certificate showing your name and your mother’s name
• A copy of your Certificate of Naturalization or U.S. passport if you were not born in the United States

that is it? I don't need form I485 and others? whats next steps? can someone pls guide me if the topic was discussed before with the instruction. thank you very much!!!

I am on a tourist visa right now. my I94 experis July 6, what my status will be? am I legal in a country if Uscis wont get papers by 6 of July? thank you!
