  1. Thank you for this. Just got DQ'd today, but also got the same notice despite my salary being more than double the required amount to bring my husband here. They are going ahead and scheduling his interview in London so hopefully all goes well. Along with tax transcripts, I submitted my payroll history as well as a letter on company letterhead confirming my continued and ongoing employment with the company as well as verifying my current salary. At this point all we can do is have him attend his interview and hope for the best. That notice on CEAC is frightening, even though I know I make well above the required income.
  2. My husband is in the UK, we went with the spousal visa (cr1/ir1) route. It's been sitting at USCIS Potomac service center for nearly seven months now, untouched, and USCIS case check estimates six or more months until a decision from them, and then we have to wait who knows how long through the NVC stage and eventually for his interview at the embassy in London. Honestly at this point it seems there is no "good choice" with the mess that our immigration system currently is.
  3. Exactly this. Currently doing spousal visa for my husband living in the UK and it's been sitting at Potomac for 6.5 months now. I've watched the approval percentage drop steadily the entire time, and the processing times go up. And this is only the first phase, after USCIS approval it has to go to NVC where processing times have also gotten longer, then we have to wait for consular interview for him as well. It will easily be about two years from now-not our priority date-before he can finally move here. It's quite ridiculous.
