Just put N/A in any case that does not apply to you.

So I'm currently filling out the I-129 form. I am the US Citizen.

However, some boxes don't really need an answer from me, like "Other Maiden Names." 

I know some people say to leave it blank, or write NONE, or N/A. 

BUT WHAT IS REALLY THE CORRECT WAY? 

HELP?
